BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance (though it is not a dance class) and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching also balance the method’s unique approach.

- PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME
- Talking and cell phones are not permitted during class.
- Strong scents, such as perfume and lotions, may be distracting to others.
- Please follow the directions of the instructor. Do not modify or do variations unless you are instructed.
- Please return all equipment back to its place and place bands over brackets.
- Arriving Late: If you are late we ask that you complete 60 Knee Lifts to get your heart & blood pumping. No one is permitted in class once weights are returned. No first-time client is permitted in class once class has begun.
